Big Lots offers a good variety of merchandise and furniture at good prices. The store is often busy and can feel spacious, though not very well organized. Customers should watch prices, as they are not always lower than elsewhere. Service is excellent, with very friendly and helpful employees who provide great assistance, even with issues like damaged items. Overall, many are very happy with the service and plan to return.
