“I bought 2 nightstands and opened one that was already used and parts were broken. I called and they were very nice about the situation. I went in a day later and had the receipt and they were more than happy to help. They offered me the floor model because the one they got on truck wasn’t in the box yet.All in all I was very happy with the service provided and I will definitely be going back. I did not get the names of the ones who helped me, but a huge shoutout to them if they see this :)”

“It's one of our last Sundays in the great north of Michigan. The minute it started raining, Mrs. E. decided it was a shopping day. We had no idea the Sephora was in Kohls. We're used to it in JCP's. So it stands to reason atm your numbed narrator is dragged by his leash through the kohls to the new Sephora. I have to admit this place is well organized and has quite a selection. If information is the game this is where you should play. The manager is Bobbie and she is a great spokesperson for the product. Very knowledgeable on each option.After talking to her, I'm convinced we made the right decision on The gifts we bought for our nieces! 09/23”

“Stopped in tonight for various things but while we were there we visited the vision center because my husband opened his glasses case at dinner and discovered the screw was missing in one of the earpieces. Dawn in the eye glass department replaced the screw and tightened the other. She fixed him right up and no charge!! She was super nice too!!”
“This store is magic! I mean coming from Los Angeles to a store like this is wow... it literally has everything that goes "viral". It had all the hello kitty mirrors and Steve Madden purses. It is super organized and well stocked. I found a DG perfume set for $39. That's pretty good! And the best thing of all is that there is no line! That's super rare! Anyway, store is clean and not packed definitely will be coming back.”
