“Stopped in there yesterday morning because I was trying to set up my T-mobile home internet. I had to verify my identity so I had to drive all the way to a store from Roscommon and Gaylord was the closest. I was irritated in the fact that I had to do this and I was so happy to get Miki to help me! She was kind and so very helpful and knowledgeable. She set everything up for me and didn't let me walk out until she knew it was set up correctly and going to work for me. She made sure I had my T-mobile online acct set up and working for me. Also it was very busy and she took time to acknowledge every single person that walked through the door. If you need anything from T-mobile, I highly recommend working with her!”
“We traded up on our phone last weekend and Roxi was the 1 that helped us. She is very knowledgeable in the cell phones. She answered questions and set up our phones as well as finishing the persons in front of us. Has great skills in multitasking. She needs a rase and to be told she does a great job.
