I didn’t need FedEx Freight however, they gave me the phone number to FedEx Ground and, they have been mostly great! One young lady driver hand carried my small package 500 feet from the road. The driveway was choked by 3 feet of snow, plowed too narrow for her truck.

The team at the Gaylord office is fantastic! I cannot say enough god things about them. I am new to using FedEx Freight and their customer service was awesome. They all helped me through the process and I am so appreciative. Thank you Gaylord team for the exceptional service!

They were very POOR on delivery ?. So I called & it seems better. I'm 86 disabled They WILL NOT take a step to help me. U.P.S. brings my items in.
