Absolutely the worst customer service. Apparently the drivers can’t drive during the winter months, in upper Michigan. The weather has been perfect, not snowing, 43 degrees and they are saying they can’t deliver my package due to weather. I need my delivery for work. This is ridiculous!!! Maybe your drivers need to move to a southern state so they don’t have to be such whiny babies! I would drive, because I’m not scared, to Gaylord and pick it up, but there is no way to call that location to try to arrange it. This is unbelievable!!

Scheduled a delivery. Driver has come and gone. Package is still sitting waiting for pickup. Also the complex I live in doesn't allow delivery to the mailbox. Yet driver always delivers there. Multiple complaints and nothing done. Not fun having to carry over 60 pounds through an entire apartment building because driver won't do their job.

Its the worst experience and it's the first time shipping with Them. My package was put on hold without my knowledge. No emails no call.. only not to get the package. And call. Agent told me its on hold! How?! They cant tell me!

paid big bucks for next day delivery, it took 3 days, my next shipment i paid 2nd day and it took 3 days to deliver, worst delivery service ever!!! only use UPS NOW!!! second time i paid for high dollar delivery and it did not come...

Phone number not working to contact about my package. Paid for 2 day shipping and it's been at the hub since Sunday. Should have been delivered today as it was shipped out Thursday. Half assed delivery service with no way to contact them.

If I could give it no stars I would. When they can find the house, they can’t tell them between my trashcan in my back door. I mean it’s not that much farther to walk to my back porch from next to my trashcan as seen in the photo. I’m providing if anybody has a number I can reach them to make this change would be greatly appreciated as the VA (veteran affairs )chooses who to ship with and won’t change it on their end.

Horrible delivery service around here. Every time I order something and it comes from FedEx from Gaylord my package shows up about 5 days late. Its very frustrating especially waiting on parts that are one day shipping. Same complaint as everyone else. Package says it's out for delivery and the driver does not deliver it so it goes back to the factory in Gaylord I'm on my 7th Day of it doing this and still hasn't been delivered

Driver sat in my driveway for like 10 minutes (it was down pouring I understand it stinks to have to deliver in that) my daughter was standing in the doorway waiting for package and then he left and I got an email saying package was delivered with a picture that is not of my garage or anything and texted neighbors and they did not have it either. I tried calling customer service and it’s all automated and they said they would figure it and let me know in a few days! If it was wrongfully delivered to another house why can’t you just contact the main hub it came from to call their driver! I don’t care if it was delivered to the wrong house just go back and fix your mistake and give me my package but I don’t even think it was delivered to the wrong house seeing as none of my neighbors have it either!

Clean your trucks. The other day I had a 45lb bag of dog delivered and it was covered in mud from the floor of the truck. Also I get a lot of boxes that are very dirty.

We receive deliveries in Petoskey almost daily from Greg- he is fantastic! Pleasant, helpful and friendly! His truck mate is super nice too!

First they dont knock on my door to deliverer something that needs a sign off, and then when I complain they deliver my next package to the wrong house.

Never had a problem getting my packages on time. Even during our recent ice and snow storms we stayed in touch and agreed on a good delivery date. They kept to the agreement and I received it that day. All drivers have been nothing but respectful and kind. Thaddeus thank you and any drivers who took your place were just as kind.

Stop leaving my packages by my garage when my front door is 10 ft from the garage this leaves my packages to get stolen or damaged to to weather
