“Can I respond to the 'terrible experience?' I shop at Hobby Lobbies in Michigan, Wisconsin, iowa and Kentucky, while traveling including this one. Never, ever have I had a bad experience. I have had inexperienced workers, but usually people who go out of their way to help. Craft stores of this level are rare. Give the store another chance, and give grace to new workers. If you are frustrated just ask for a manager.”
