“A great place within walking distance of a Walmart Supercenter. The customer service is excellent. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast variety, the same meat is served every day. Other than that, the place is perfect.”

“A good hotel is not as easy to find these days, especially with staff shortages, this hotel still keeps its guests a number one priority and it shows! We have stayed in this hotel multiple times. The suite is AMAZING!!! The regular rooms are great too! This hotel is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and they have not decided to fill-in their hot tub like other hotels. Breakfast is great! Pool and hot tub are nice!!! Every staff member I interacted with was excellent!! 9-21-26 - 9-23-26. Friendly and professional staff are also hard to find these days, however....Best Western of Gaylord has staff that takes pride in their work! Each staff member was happy to help and make our stay exceptional! Near Gaylord and need a good hotel?? Your search ends here!!!”

“Checked in really late at night here and still had a great experience thanks to the guy at the front desk. Didn’t catch his name but he was super friendly even at that hour. He actually brings in his own board games for guests to use, which is such a cool touch. As a fellow board game fan I wish I had more time to look through his collection. Breakfast was good too. Great stay overall.”

“Fun golf! Great food! Great accommodations! Our group outing reserved the Bergen House at The Ridge. It’s an awesome place where the rooms are comfortable and the common area is the best. A pool table, several tables for cards and a private deck. I would highly recommend a stay for larger groups. As part of The Loon Golf Resort, the ridge is a technical course carved into the woods with narrow fairways. Their premier course, The Loon, is a great place for most golfers. The Lakes, with its namesake lakes is fun too. Enjoy up North golf at The Loon Resort.”

“Place is very nice but super dated. But cool setup and very nice staff. Close to eating. Came here with wife for a weekend getaway and wasn't disappointed. Coffee in lobby was watery and no bar or breakfast.”

“We’ve been here for almost a month now doing disaster relief work and we’ve been at the Quality inn the entire time. The management team is great and receptive. All the hotel staff always make sure you’re satisfied and that you have everything you need. As well they have free continental breakfast which includes bagels, biscuits and gravy, toast, muffins, yogurt and fresh waffles. Coffee and orange juice is also available. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.”
