During an incredibly stressful situation, auto owners was there to help without any delays .I was able to tow my vehicle at no cost to the body shop of my choosing.While it was in the shop being evaluated they covered a rental car for me.In less than a week they determined it was a total loss . And I personally believe they gave me more than a fair value of my vehicle .I do wish they would have covered the rental for another week while I needed to acquire a new vehicle, but that is my only complaint .My claim representative was in constant contact with me , and explained every step as we went. It only took 4 days from the time they deemed it a total loss to my loan being paid off and being able to pick up a check from their office .”
