“Transferred from Walgreens after 10 years of long wait times and bad service and couldn't be more satisfied.. The staff are wonderful and they deliver to Davison! I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my medication.. the only criticism is they're closed on weekends.”

“The staff is always friendly and caring. Contrary to the rumour going around that this store is closing, it is not. Yes, are stock levels low in certain items, sure, but in case you haven't noticed there are a lot of places, Walmart and Meijer included, that have items in low quantities if they even have them also. As for the prices, well I expect to pay more for the convenience of not having to deal with a big box store.”

“Since moving to Otisville two years ago, this Rite Aid has been our go to pharmacy and I've been very happy with the service. My prescriptions get filled right away, they send lots of reminders via text and calls, and anytime there have been issues they call to let me know. Would be nice if they had a drive thru window but it's rarely busy so I don't mind going in. Keep up the great work!”

“I really enjoy this location. I shop here very often. The staff here are extremely nice and helpful. I enjoy the flow of the store compared to some locations. They however do not have as much produce and meat options as other locations. I had a situation where I accidentally stabbed my hand and was bleeding profusely. The door person and staff responded timely and were able to help wrap my hand and stop the bleeding until I got to the ER.”
“Not sure which one you're talking about because I shop at two different ones. The one closest to me on Dort/Davison, I only go to for snacks and such. I refuse to get my prescriptions there, as a few years ago the pharmacist treated me so bad I moved to another pharmacy and then back to Walgreens but now I go to the 24-hour one across town generally for prescriptions only. I have to hop in my wheelchair and catch two buses across town, but they treat me a lot better there than they do at the one closest to me which is sad. Oh well it is what it is.”

“I have never used this pharmacy, but I had 2 prescriptions that were sent here by mistake. The pharmacist called me to verify my prescriptions were meant to go there as I saw an urgent care in my hometown and she noticed my address was not close to them. I verified correct pharmacy and she sent them over for me. Then called me back to let me know my pharmacy was closed and asked where else I'd like them to go in my area.Thanks to LaRonda for looking out, and going above and beyond!”

“My previous pharmacy was meijers on Hill rd my doctor sent my prescription to them and I literally had to wait 2 to 3 days for my medication and it wasn’t ready to pick up and when I called them they said they were out of stock and had to order them only god knows how long it would’ve have taken them to get my prescription ready so I called my doctor and transferred my prescription to Family pharmacy and literally not even an hour after all my prescriptions were ready for pick up and I went in there they were all respectful and generous and got my medication ready I highly recommend anyone to go there because they are literally the best they deserve more than 5 stars.”

“Nice little store. New to town and it's less than a mile away so I go here often when I'm not headed towards the city of burton or flint. It's older but not rough or run down. It's pretty clean and people are fairly nice. Little expensive but I'm saving time and gas going here. Doesn't knock my socks off but it's a decent place with a decent variety. 4/5”
