My guy Dave (David Austin) hooked me up with a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek with 121,000 miles on it, and made the process super easy and clear, as well as fair. (I even got a mug :3) Super great dealership, lots of nice cars, fair prices, and great employees. Car is amazing and drives beautifully, and is well equipped with safety features, and the process was transparent.

Purchased a new Outback from 616 Motors today. I honestly hate buying cars. It is such a hassle. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience here. The vehicles we looked at were as advertised on the website. We worked with Dave. He was extremely, honest and helpful. Zero pressure sales approach. Once we settled on the vehicle we wanted, he was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend 616 Motors to family and friends. They will be my 1st stop the next time we look to purchase a vehicle.

Had a great experience with 616. As stated in a lot of other reviews, it was a very comfortable shopping experience. We were able to browse the lot without a salesman constantly breathing down our neck which was such a relief. We felt comfortable enough to take our time and weigh our options because no one was pushing us to make a decision. When we decided on a car, we asked about putting new tires on it since they were borderline and it was almost winter. While they weren't able to roll them into the deal (understandable) we were able to add it onto our loan and they got it done for us quickly and for what I imagine was at cost for them, since it was very affordable. When we later ran into some issues with the car and a delay with the plate, they were very quick to help make it right even in ways they had no obligation to. It can't be easy selling used cars since they can be unpredictable and any issue that pops up is bound to be unfairly blamed on the dealer. But the fact that they didn't hesitate to help with our problem speaks volumes about their business practices. I don't think any other dealership would have gone to the lengths that they did to help, and for that we're very grateful we chose to shop here. We will definitely be recommending 616 to family and friends.

Casey was awesome to work with on trying to purchase a vehicle. I ended up buying something a little different somewhere else but I'll definitely be back when I'm looking again they have well priced high quality used vehicles and they are very honest car salesman.

They have a fantastic selection that made it easy to narrow down the right fit for us & the staff is wonderful at helping you through the process. David made what can be a stressful process easy & we were grateful for all of his assistance.
