I went to this place because of the reviews and they weren’t wrong! The workers were very nice (especially Ron!). My windshield wiper fluid wasn’t spraying, and they fixed it right away. I’m just a girl in college on the opposite side of the state, so I really appreciated that they were honest, helpful, and didn’t try to scam me. They got me in fast and I highly recommend going here!

My car had a “mystery problem.” AutoLab did everything in their power to find the problem and fix it, and it wasn’t easy. I’m forever grateful for these guys. They worked their butts off!

They gave me an 8 o'clock appointment and took me in right away. They did a good job on my front end alignment and made me aware of an issue with my rear axle. This was my first experience here and I was very pleased with their service, their nice waiting area and how I was treated. I plan on trying them out with my next repair service when it comes up.

This was the most knowledgeable and personable shop I have ever been to. I went in for an oil change and have left a lifelong customer. They respectfully listened to my concerns, explained details I didn’t understand and looked into issues I was concerned about without making me feel ridiculous. I have been (unhappily) going to dealerships for years to have my vehicle serviced, but after this, I will not go anywhere else. If you’re looking for respect and an honest price, you will have found your vehicle Dr too.

Thank you for the help with my tire! Something was wrong with my valve stem and the staff at Jenison Auto-Lab were kind enough to repair and remount it at no charge :)
