This is the most professional vet there is in my opinion. We took our dog there for 16 years, then after she passed we are taking our new dog there. The staff is loving and treat the animals like they would treat their own. I recommend Cottonwood to everyone I know. Go there with your animal, you will agree.

Would not recommend to anyone. They seem to not care about anything but a paycheck. They don't ask questions and ignore concerns, yet will charge you way too much for visits and services. Our dog was having itchy ears and they weren't smelling great. The vet didn't even look and said he was fine. Took him back again a couple weeks later because of other issues and re told his ear issues and they finally looked and sure enough he had an ear infection. They also ignored questions about his dietary stuff when our little pup was having digestion issues. We then took him somewhere else and they sat down and wrote out all the options of what it could be and we worked through it together. We just talked to some other people that also have taken their pets here and they also were telling us that they had similar experiences. I would never recommend this place to anyone, take your pets somewhere else if you want vets that actually care about the well-being of your pet.

Do not go here if you need prescription meds, such as Apoquel. They will not approve any prescriptions purchased from outside sources and their costs are higher than said sources. I have to find a new vet and pay for a visit just to get my pup the meds he needs at a reasonable cost.

Do NOT take your animals here. My first interaction with this vet was during COVID, so you are not allowed to go in with your pup. My appt was at 4 and no one came out to my car until 4:45. If you have a dog who has car anxiety, you know how annoying this 45 minutes was. No apology or anything, I didn’t really mind, but wasn’t the greatest first impression. I am 100% recommend Cottonwood Veterinary. Dr. Childress always takes his time and honestly cares for our FurBabies. We have been taking our Pups and Grandpups there for over 15 years. I trust them completely!

The staff is amazing! Our family has gone to Cottonwood for over 15 years. They’ve helped guide us through dog emergencies, new puppy troubles and the difficult stage of saying goodbye. I appreciate how they take the time to explain things and answer questions. My dog actually licks her lips when we pull in; she knows her vet has treats & belly rubs

Best vet we ever had. This was my first COVID19 era visit. You pull up with your car, call a number that is written in big numbers on the outside, and they come and get your pet. The vet technician was wearing a mask, very friendly and she took our cat inside. You stay in your car and they call you with the results and to discuss the issue. They take your card number over the phone and bring your pet back out. Overall a fantastic experience in a difficult time, handled very safe and professionally. I highly recommend Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic!

These people did everything they could for my boy Bentley. And when I we had to put him to sleep they were kind and respectful, and they sent my family a very loving card with notes from the entire staff. This is a wonderful place and I appreciate everyone I've worked with there.

I feel there is no way to prepare yourself for the day you have to put your pet to sleep. It's a day I will never forget, and a day where complete strangers were the ones they help me through such a difficult time. I thank you all so much for the moment I came in without a call or appointment and you stopped everything to help me and my Morgan. I was at the point I knew it was time to say goodbye to her but how do you tell someone to do this. I could not even breath and each of you led me through it moment by moment....never rushing me along. Sorry I do not remember your names but wanted you all to know how much I appreciate all you did for me and helped me say goodbye to someone iam going to miss each day forward.
