On Monday I rented a Penske cargo van from Devon storage. The gentleman didn’t pay attention to the reservation and charged my card the wrong amount. Now going on 5 days and I still don’t have my money back

Dom and Mario are the best!!!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was educated and comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend contacting these gentlemen first and before all in hopes they may have a unit suitable for your needs even though their facilities are consistently close to being completely rented out which is a testament in my opinion of their commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction and happiness above increasing revenues and profits. Thank you Devon Storage for your intentionality and follow through during and even after renting us the most practical and affordable unit capable of meeting our needs. Will definitely go out of my way to refer anyone I can in the Market for renting any storage space for as long as there is air in my lungs!!!!! Yall ROCK!!!!!!!
