I have taken both of my boys to the great clips in Jenison for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. My ex-husband took our 11 year old to get a haircut. My son had told the hairstylist that he wanted a fade. This was the end result. The back was not that bad however the rest of his head looked like two year old had attacked my kiddo with the hair clippers. I am not one to complain at all but to let a customer walk out looking this and charging full price boggles my mind. My son didn’t want to say anything so he called me at work and my ex didn’t really look super close at the final product. The only reason why you got one star is because it wouldn’t let me post this unless I selected one. I tried asking my kid if he wanted to go back to get it fixed and he said absolutely not. Super disappointed.

Listen to the horrible reviews! Do not get your haircut at this Great Clips. The lady botched my head. My hair was at different lengths, long hairs left behind the ears, bangs uneven. It was one of the fastest cuts I've ever had. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

This Jenison MI location will never again get business from my family!! First, my mother took my nephew in a few months ago, and his haircut was so horribly uneven that we had to buzz cut his hair And today, my mother went to this location and the same stylist that cut my nephews hair, cut her hair and Never pulled out her mirror to show my mother the back of her hair when she came home this is what her hair looks like. How do you miss an inch and a half on the back of somebody’s head!! Let alone the most uneven layers I’ve ever seen!

Stylist was nice and quick. QUICK is what you pay for. Should've looked at the haircut a little closer and used a hand mirror before tipping her 50%, should've been a 10% tip. Hope stylist will see this and if I come back, she'll do me justice in the next for that generous tip on a subpar cut today.

Don't go here. They'll pick and choose who they want to wait on. They will go into the back and only come out when someone comes in that they want to wait on. First time at this location and I won't return.
