Very unprofessional place and nosey and unorganized . they let my mom go when she was out of town at a tax conference and when she got back they fired her also while she was gone they went there her office with out her knowledge went through her email and personal mail stole documents that belonged to her and attempted to steal her personal clients. Also with my experience they make the environment in the office uncomfortable and awkward.. and any client that called and asked for her they push off to someone else. Please do not use these people bc they dont have any experience employee and they should bc reported and shutdown

A client for several years and greatly dissatisfied each year. Their communication is horrible and non-existent unless you reach out and pester them for status/questions. Every year, tax return extensions are filed regardless of how early they receive records...and they don't notify you of the game plan (extension). There is no proactive approach to tax planning and advising. They do the tax returns with little critical thinking and your lucky if it's correct or comprehensive. This was my last year...moving on to a professional, capable company.

15 years of taxes completed by Jill, now with Integrity. She has up to date credentials & trains others. Jill has supported us through 2 audits and demonstrated to IRS that they were incorrect. Integrity provides a helpful check list for gathering documents and discount incentives for early filing. The only complaint is their cost seems to increase Ieach year.

Love everyone at integrity tax! Jill is the best and Danny and Patty are great as well! First time using them and it’s on the costly side of prep fee but you know what it was 100% worth the price for the customer service experience! Excellent job to all at integrity tax!

I called 3 times asking for Jill and left messages with staff who said she would call or email back. Staff was nice but no response from Jill. My brother also called with no call back. Was a simple question.
UPDATE 3/4/24 - Jill called back after 1.5 weeks and issue resolved.

Even though we have simple taxes, we always feel better having someone do them for us. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and Jill always give us peace of mind!
