Went in and checked out a car. Liked it and was going to purchase it pending a mechanic inspection. I asked about this and both Scott and Paul heartily agreed to this and even offered to take it to the mechanic of my choice less than a mile from their dealership themselves.
Had an appointment scheduled with the mechanic scheduled for today and communicated this with Paul on a Friday and he said he’d run it down there that same day to be ready for Monday.
Come to find on Saturday I get an alert it’s sold. Went by my mechanic and the car lot and the car is gone.
Call them first thing Monday morning and had to leave a voicemail and when Paul called me back all he had to say was “sorry, it ended up selling” and had nothing else to say.

Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from them. It was very clean with 80K miles and on test drive no issues. Drove it one hour home and now a lifter tick. State Certified Master Mechanic looks at it and says someone has recently had head off where ticking coming from. Reached out via text and have heard nothing. I didn't give them a one star as the cars are sold as is but I feel there was a bit of smoke and mirrors on this one

I worked with guys from all of the dealerships in Jenison. Even made a stop in hudsonville and one stop in Grandville. But Scott at Jenison auto sales was the most honest and helpful at meeting the needs of my family . I recommend him to everyone.

This place is fantastic! Just bought my second car from them and it was a very pleasant experience. Scott is a miracle worker he literally moved heaven and earth to get a deal worked out when I had issues with my credit union. Got me into a beautiful car for an awesome deal. I would recommend Jenison Auto sales to everyone. Scott was wonderful and so helpful throughout the entire process keeping in contact the entire time. I would also like to say something about the negative reviews, used cars can very unpredictable and I would not place blame on these guys they're all great and super helpful.

Great place to buy a vehicle! I bought 2 vehicles from this place so far. I had great luck with the 1st one and just bought the second one. Great sales people who live by there motto " our word is our bond". They are not pushy and very nice.

I want to share my nightmarish experience with you, involving a 2015 Ford Taurus purchased from Scott at this dealership. Scott portrayed himself as a consummate professional who genuinely cared about his job. He assured me the car had been on the lot for less than a year, Scott offered this car at a "bargain" price because his brother was on vacation, and I, in desperate need of a vehicle, fell for it.I hastily took the car to a mechanic, only to discover a laundry list of issues. The brakes were shot, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The A/C compressor was kaput, the drive belt was worn, front and rear stabilizers needed repairs, and control arms were in dire straits. Even the windshield fluid was non-operational! To add insult to injury, he handed me a security key that caps the car's speed at 60mph.When I contacted Scott about these problems, hoping for assistance or at least an explanation, his response was beyond disheartening. He callously stated, "I'm not a mechanic."Folks, let this serve as a cautionary tale – AVOID this dealership at all costs. If you find yourself in a bind and must consider buying from them, err on the side of caution. Have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before making a decision. Don't fall victim to this scam artist and his deceitful tactics. Your wallet and peace of mind depend on itPs - come to find out this “car” has been on the lot for three plus years once I looked into it days after finding out I was tricked into believing it was a good working car
