I will revise this review when the pharmacists and assistants show better care. Sick customers should be met with compassion, not lies, disrespect, misleading information, or rude behavior.
I’ve experienced this same problem with the same two individuals assisting me for several years now. Any role in healthcare requires a compassionate heart and a commitment to helping others. If you can’t provide that, you shouldn’t be in this position.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and incompetent. I was overcharged twice for my medication because they could not figure out how to get my insurance to verify. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General because at this point I feel like this is fraud. Enough is enough!!

They are absolutely terrible at getting things right and service has only gotten worse now they wont even fix thier mistakes but make you go through a different line instead.

My wife has constant problems filling her prescriptions at this location. For example, yesterday she went to get a refill for her sleeping medication. She had requested the refill the day before and was instructed to show up today. Instead of the medication she needed, she got a half subscription of another of her medication and not the sleeping meds (which she ran out of).
Things like this have happened repeatedly. Either medication is not ready for pick up when they say it will be, medication is straight up missing or the case that happened today. I am worried it will be her heart medication next so I am deeply considering moving to a different pharmacy. Would not recommend to others.

Don’t get prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. You will have to drive there multiple times to actually pick a prescription up. This morning, called, was told it will be ready in 30 minutes. (I was in the area, so no big deal). I wait in the drive thru line, just to find out I won’t be able to pick it up until the following day. None of which is a big deal, but I CALLED and asked, now I have to waste another morning on the hope it will be filled tomorrow? Just idiotic communication between whoever answers the phone and the pharmacist

Love this place! I messed up and didn’t notice I didn’t have any refills left on my RX on a medication I need. It was a weekend and the dr was closed. They gave me an emergency dose until I could call the dr for a refill. They have always been so helpful and I’m very thankful!

Both kids ages 3 and 10months had to get amoxicillin filled here. They used to give flavored ones for kids to take. But today’s wasn’t flavored and just tasted of pure chalk. When I called and asked to get it flavored so my kids would take it the guy who answered said they no longer offer flavor for kids medicine. I called my DR office to inform them and to see my options were, my only option was to get a new prescription for each kid sent to Walgreens instead so it would be flavor and pay out of pocket because insurance won’t cover it again. My Dr then called Meijer to ask when they stopped doing flavor in medicine for kids and they said they still do but just wouldn’t do it for mine. Will not be returning anymore.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the last few years and have never had a negative experience or issue arise. Everything has always been accurate and efficient. They have a high volume of customers and I am impressed with how they handle it all so well. I was quite surprised to see that there were so many negative reviews here when I have been here dozens of times and have yet to be disappointed. I have picked up prescriptions mostly via drive-through, but occasionally I’ve picked up inside while I was shopping. We’ve also gotten vaccinations done here and have always had good experiences.Working with the general public and handling such high-volume is far from easy. Thank you for your hard work!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place multiple chances. They always have an attitude & almost never know what the hell they’re actually talking about. They don’t know the difference between nebulizer pieces & inhaler pieces. Just picked up some meds from here less than an hour ago & the tech that was working the drive through was incredibly rude. No “hi how are you”, just straight business. Which would’ve been fine, had you not been able to hear the disdain & annoyance in her voice. Didn’t want to answer questions, & refused to use more than one word when answering. After we got our bag, we waited a few minutes not knowing if there was anything else because she didn’t say “okay, that’s it” or “okay, have a nice day” just ended the transaction without so much as a “okay, bye”. Switching to Walmart pharmacy because they’re more knowledgeable, and don’t mind actually doing their job.
