“I went here after receiving a coupon on the mail, and am so happy I did! I was supposedly 1k miles overdue for an oil change, but the technician said that my oil actually looked very clean, and he recommended I come back in 1,500 miles (and said I could generally go longer between oil changes). They topped up my tires for free and sent me on my way. I am saving my coupon and will definitely come back!”

“I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. These dudes were amazing. They were completely honest and up front and didn't try to upcharge me at all. Last time I went to penzoil and they insisted I needed full synthetic and it was so expensive for no reason. Performance plus didn't lie to me about that and it was so much more affordable for me. I also needed 5 new bulbs in my top brake light and they gave me a huge discount for that as well. They prioritize customer service over money which is rare these days. I've been trying to find a good place in the GR area for oil changes but could never find a good trustworthy place. I will be back and plan to go here for all future oil changes. I highly recommend them especially if you're a female that doesn't know much about cars. You won't get scammed like a lot of other places. They're good trustworthy people.”

“We first started with calling the local Chevy dealer and what a joke they were! Just to look at my SUV was going to cost me $300. I even told them where and what the problem was and they said they couldn't give me a quote unless they took a closer look but they could tell me the price of the parts. How do you know what parts I need but don't know the price to fix it?...I just needed new breaks! When I called Tolman's they asked me to drop it off, they looked at it (no charge) and fixed the problem. Had the SUV back the same day when Chevy told me it would be a few days but to drop it off just in case. The local Chevy dealer (where I bought our Tahoe) is a joke and lost a customer where our family has bought no less than 5 vehicles from them in the past. Tolman's did such a great job they have 100% earned my continuous business.”

“The best oil change services in the area without a doubt. Prices are very reasonable and their points system offer great discounts when utilized and besides that they sometimes run sales that you rarely see other places. Like these past few weeks, ALL oil changes have been $20 OFF!! That's the equivalent to getting half of the product FREE in most cases. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and very knowledgeable if you have any questions. Service is FAST and the whole process could easily be done on most anyone's lunch break. Without even asking they will check to make sure that your front and back lights all work properly as well as the brights and even turn signals. Also, they will check all of your tires and air them up to the proper inflation FOR FREE, even if you aren't paying for any services. Worried about a tire with low air?? Not a problem just go see the nice people at Performance Plus and they will check it free of charge. Did I also mention that they are actually HONEST.. Imagine that, honest mechanics. The technician who checked my car told me that it was recommended that I replace the filter after "X" amount of miles but then showed me my fairly clean and newer looking air filter and asked me if I wanted to replace it and gave me a price but then reiterated that it was in fairly good shape and pretty clean so he didn't pressure me AT ALL or lie to me and say that it was filthy just so that he could sell another product and get their sales up like most dealerships might do. All in all a great experience and I will be a return customer. No more scheduling inconvenient appointments just to wait for 2 hours at the dealer when I can grab lunch and get my oil changed all before finishing my milkshake.

“Got an oil change here and after leaving, my car started misfiring. It was running perfectly fine before I brought it in. I went back to ask what could’ve happened, and they gave me codes I didn’t have before. No accountability, no real help—just “it’s not our fault.”
Now I’m stuck dealing with a messed-up car right after trusting them with basic maintenance. Don’t risk it. If your car’s running smooth, take it somewhere else. I’m livid and use my car for work…((alert my mechanic said I was wrong and the car needed fixing just from wear and tear..please forgive me I was unaware…these guys always take car me I feel foolish but want to be honest be bless))”

“The team was very transparent about what needed to be done, what could be upgraded and why, and what maintenance was upcoming. No one pressured me to get anything done I wasn't planning on doing already. “I was asked by Parker to leave a review, one full year ago. I purposely waited a full year because I thought to myself “why would I leave any review when I barely know anything about this car or this establishment?”
Parker was extremely helpful on making sure I got my 2019 Escape. I mentioned my concern for safety and reliance in a vehicle because I’m a young mother, he showed me all the cool things this car had to offer for car seats and family outings.
He was very patient with my partner and i as we came to discuss mileage and repairs, car notes, all sorts of things. (First time buying a car from a lot)
Within my year of owning my car, I have had 0 issues making and planning appointments/getting into contact with Station45.
I feel as though I was sold a very good and reliable car that will more than likely be my child’s first car 16 years from now!

Turns out it wasn't something they could help, but they tried. Eventually they had to push the van out and into the parking lot. Thank you all so much for your kindness to me.
