3770 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park MI 49321
“Great service! I came as the location was closing...they still took me! The hours were listed wrong on Google. Google said 8:00, they close at 7:00. More expensive than I've ever paid for an oil change...over $100.00 for a 2008 Saturn! I love it, but not a high-end vehicle! There was a lower price point, but it was only $10.00 less...and lasted a third of the miles. Bottom line, I probably won't go again, because of the price, but felt the service was above average!”

“My husband and I have been going to Chad at River City Auto for a very long time for our auto service. River City gives quick diagnostics and service for your vehicle, getting you back on the road again usually the same day. I know whatever the problem is with my vehicle, I will be given straight answers, quick service and a fair price. I highly recommend the service received at River City Auto.”

“This is now my fourth time having my car serviced at Rozema’s for something outside of routine maintenance. Not only were they able to diagnose and treat the problem next day, the staff I encountered throughout were nothing short of amazing. Having car problems is never fun and there’s little worse than your daily driver making it seem like getting from point A to point B could be the end of your road…. And, of COURSE, these issues never happen at an ideal time with money lying around, ready to be spent on this month’s inconvenience! I wanted to shoutout all of the lovely people who work in the office that I encountered. Specifically, Nicole. Nicole listened to all of my stressors, validated how frustrating and expensive cars can be, and worked with me to put me in the best spot financially and on the road. She was a wonderful communicator and was beyond kind and empathetic after a long week. I couldn’t recommend Rozema’s more.”

“Our company brings our fleet vehicles here all the time, and they all do a great job! I personally have gotten oil changed here at minimum about 10 times, if not more, over the course of several vehicles over several years. Every time, they do the job, and they do it right. These guys are kind, friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. They know what they are doing! Prices are expensive no matter where you go. They are not the most expensive in town, and the consistency and quality of work is worth the money.”

“This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. I came wanting to get a transmission flush in addition because I had it reported to me by my dealership as ‘very dark’ after I brought it in for acceleration issues. Mike actually told me he didn’t recommend it and directed me to a transmission specialist, because it could actually make my problem worse and he didn’t want to simply take my money to make a sale. He also directed me to the website for a coupon that saved me $15. All that, and the oil change took maybe 10 minutes at most. I’ve definitely saved this place.”

“I recently had a warranty issue with a brake repair they performed about a month earlier. They inspected it, explained that a replacement part had failed, and completely stood behind both their workmanship and the parts they installed. They repaired everything under warranty with no questions and no charge. That's exactly how a reputable shop should handle a warranty claim. They did a great job the first time, and when a replacement part failed through no fault of their own, they took care of it without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service has earned my trust, and I'll definitely be back.”
