More expensive than I've ever paid for an oil change...over $100.00 for a 2008 Saturn! I love it, but not a high-end vehicle! There was a lower price point, but it was only $10.00 less...and lasted a third of the miles.
Bottom line, I probably won't go again, because of the price, but felt the service was above average!”

“This is now my fourth time having my car serviced at Rozema’s for something outside of routine maintenance. Not only were they able to diagnose and treat the problem next day, the staff I encountered throughout were nothing short of amazing.
Having car problems is never fun and there’s little worse than your daily driver making it seem like getting from point A to point B could be the end of your road…. And, of COURSE, these issues never happen at an ideal time with money lying around, ready to be spent on this month’s inconvenience!
I wanted to shoutout all of the lovely people who work in the office that I encountered. Specifically, Nicole. Nicole listened to all of my stressors, validated how frustrating and expensive cars can be, and worked with me to put me in the best spot financially and on the road. She was a wonderful communicator and was beyond kind and empathetic after a long week.

“Fixed my front driver’s side window fast! Customer service was amazing, receptionist giving updates throughout the process. They even noticed the lock was broken on that same door and fixed it no charge.”

My car had a bit of extra trouble and needed to be taken to a tire shop to get a piece replaced and Anthony went with me and handled everything. He is the best and I could not be happier with the service that he provides!”

I personally have gotten oil changed here at minimum about 10 times, if not more, over the course of several vehicles over several years. Every time, they do the job, and they do it right. These guys are kind, friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. They know what they are doing! Prices are expensive no matter where you go. They are not the most expensive in town, and the consistency and quality of work is worth the money.”

They inspected it, explained that a replacement part had failed, and completely stood behind both their workmanship and the parts they installed. They repaired everything under warranty with no questions and no charge. That's exactly how a reputable shop should handle a warranty claim. They did a great job the first time, and when a replacement part failed through no fault of their own, they took care of it without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service has earned my trust, and I'll definitely be back.”
