My first experience was with my personal truck, they fixed it fast and were awesome to work with. I now oversee a fleet of 40 vehicles and if I have any issues with the fleet, we send it straight to Bob's. With an aging fleet of vehicles we are bound to have issues and I never worry. They take care of us and everyone else that we have ever sent them for service. “**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”

“I had problems with gear shifting and had to tow my vehicle to my usual auto body mechanic. After waiting a few days for an answer, it turned out my transfer case needed replacing and unfortunately the shop did not do transmission work. Fortunately, they referred me to Hudsonville Transmission with a glowing review and they guys there do not disappoint! I had my vehicle towed there on a Friday evening and got a call the following Monday confirming the problem was my transfer case. I was told my vehicle would be done at the end of the week, but the very next day I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service, knowledge, and communication Hudsonville Transmission gave me. My bill was also extremely fair and reasonable. Can’t thank you guys enough!”

“On my way to an important appointment, get in my vehicle to head downtown....almost a flat tire. Made the 2 miles to Dewitt's....got out in a slight panic and Jason took it from there! Removed a huge nail, fixed my tire, and I was on the road in less than 15 min...was early for my appointment even! Thanks Jason and DeWitt's, who have been helping me out for over 30 yrs!
