Bait and switch. Doors were open 10 minutes prior to 10am, so we went in. Worst customer service I've had in a while, from the lady behind the counter, and was told their 4/20 sale rewards were already gone and the store hadn't officially ever opened yet.

Great experience! I went in for cbd cream and owner was knowledgeable about all products. He sold me on being a lifetime customer. I would be good if owner had a referral bonus as a customer.
