It is always an unpleasant time trying to deal with the staff in this pharmacy. Save yourself a headache and go to Meijer pharmacy across the street or somewhere else.

Way cleaner and nicer than Rite Aid. They are much more professional and are always working their tails off. It gets busy at times as does every pharmacy. Everyone I've dealt with has been very nice. I've been coming here for 23 years.

Seems like often times I go in there I’m made to feel like a pest. Last time I had an issue where I was almost positive I had picked up a previous prescription on a specific day and their system reflected another. I spoke to the CS rep and asked if it would be possible to have someone else also take a look at the computer because I was pretty certain it was inconsistent with my experience. Before I got her response the female pharmacist said under her breath, “if that’s what the computer says then that’s what it is.” My question ultimately wasn’t replied to by the CS rep herself so I asked the pharmacist if she wouldn’t mind taking a quick look too in case the data was incorrectly manipulated somehow and it wouldn’t hurt to have another set of eyes take a gander in which she replied with the same response as earlier (albeit not under her breath this time) as if it couldn’t possibly gotten changed or mixed up somehow OR the CS rep was interpreting the data incorrectly. I guess my point is if she had taken a minute or two to look at it I would have felt a lot better walking out of there after receiving a little customer service. I should also add I have not had a negative experience with the male pharmacist and I have also had positive experiences with the female pharmacist at times too and likely about half of the staff. Furthermore, I feel like they might be understaffed and the problem might lie more with the need to hire additional help. So there you go for whatever my perspective is worth……

Not sure what the problem was, but I just had really poor service at this Walgreens. We come here all the time and don't normally have issues. The pharmacist (Joel) was unpleasant from the start of the interaction. Couldn't pick up meds for a family member that I've picked up for many times.They said he didn't have a card on file.Very odd interaction.

Waited in line for 15 mins finally got up to me which I thought! And then they helped the guy behind me instead without even asking if it was okay. I’ll shop elsewhere.

I used to love using Walgreens but I'm unhappy with it now. The last 2 times I've went to the Baldwin location I've been told my prescription is ready, but then I arrive and I have to wait because of it not, or it's being finished. It's frustrating because I have a baby, so it's hard to get out. Don't tell me it's ready if it's not, I can come later but waiting with a baby in the car is difficult.

Your pharmacist Joel at the Jenison branch should not be allowed to work another day at Walgreens. He's not only rude but simply makes too many mistakes that are shrugged off without even a apology. This feedback has been developed over a year of prescriptions.
