“My son has been here for a year. Compared to his last facility, its like Night and Day. Great communication. Any questions or concerns we have are answered immediately. You can tell that the teachers care about the children and they are very invested. Everyone has a good attitude and I've witnessed how patient they are with the children (Especially mine). I didn't notice an issue with high turnover. The staffing was very consistent. They also helped us a TON with potty training. Even when my son had a regression, they helped him get back on track. No complaints about his daily accidents and he wasn't forced to wear a pull-up. The director, Kathy, is there everyday and very involved. She is so sweet and helpful. I appreciate this place so much because our previous experience with childcare was a nightmare. Unfortunately, this location only goes to age 3. I would keep him here until kindergarten if I could. 10/10!”
“Southgate Kindercare has been SO amazing to both my children. My now 5 year old has been attending since he was 18 months and my almost 2 year old since he was 8 weeks. All the teachers throughout all the classrooms we have been in have been nothing short of amazing - they are helpful, respectful, and care about my kids just as much as I do. Having the app to keep me updated throughout the day and see pictures of my kids makes leaving them with other people so much less stressful and the things they have learned have just been so great. I feel my 5 year old is so well prepared to go to kindergarten because of all he has learned from Kindercare. Thank you so much for being the wonderful people that you are!”

“I can’t thank this daycare enough. Linda has been nothing but good to my son. Leaving your child with someone is hard but this daycare is like a second home to him. They document all naps, diaper changes, feeding, etc. Mrs. Linda is so loving, caring, and she genuinely cares for the children here. I know it’s not easy but please know that your staff is truly appreciated by me and my family!”

“I love it, the school has very fun and interesting courses and band was fun. But, some of the kids are just unpredictable. I got punched and threatened ?. You have to watch out, but its a fun school as long as you are ready to learn. But. Most teachers dont turn heads when you are doing bad,unless you come to them and ask for help.”
