“We came up for vacation and had lost the seat post and seat to our son's bike en route. We happened to find this shop and they ended up being able to find parts that would work for the bike. This place is great and would highly recommend!”

“Brian at Cycle City went above and beyond to help me out during a bike ride when I got caught in the rain and was completely soaked head to toe. He hooked me up and made sure I had everything I needed to stay dry and comfortable. He genuinely cared and took the time to help me find the best options. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Absolutely incredible guy and a great representative of Cycle City. Thank you Brian, for helping me during an uncomfortable ride and turning it into a much better experience. Highly recommend stopping in and supporting this shop!!!”

“Was on my way to the Beaten Path when I realized I'd forgotten about the time zone difference. I called and Jon kept the store open until I got there. Def 5 stars just for that. But wait there's more...I scored this board and he totally hooked me up with trucks wheels bearings...everything. then he put it all together for me. 100% satisfaction!”
