“Stopped by for propane tank certification and refill. Staff explained issues and what to look for to ensure safe propane tank use. Also provided advice on how to prolong usefulness of propane tanks by removing labels from tank some they don’t trap moisture and promote rust. Another propane company down the road declined this service. Surprised to see appliances and fireplace inserts for sale in lobby. Lobby and operation very clean and organized. Will return for additional business.”

“I've been with Crystal Flash for a few years. When I started they were in the lower end of the price range but have steadily risen to the higher end but not enough to change. What keeps me with them is the excellent customer service and service techs. Over the years I have had a couple small equipment issues and one minor delivery issue that was fixed promptly at no charge. No matter who I talk with in customer service they are always sincere and polite giving the feeling of a small hometown business. If there is an issue they do whatever it takes to make sure it is resolved with a happy ending.”
