“My experience with 3 different customer service agents, capped off by Nicole, was outstanding. And I say this even though they quite politely, pointed out I was wrong in my assumption about my tank not working properly! Each person was incredibly responsive, getting back to me promptly, explaining what steps they were going to take, etc., and following up. In an era of pushing off customer service into mistake laden chatbots, it was refreshing to talking to human beings that knew what they were doing. Great job Nicole and team members...whose names I unfortunately forgot!”
“The customer service at this facility (Clare) was amazing. Willow went above and beyond to help me help a grieving family and if you ever need kind and courteous and professional service please seek out Willow Ty Willow”

“We recently had our service changed from the Mt Pleasant office back to the Clare office. We couldn’t be happier. They went out of their way to help us out in an odd situation this week. From the gentleman in the office to the two field agents that showed up at the house, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend the Clare office of Coyne Oil.”
