I requested that my car be checked over for hoses, brake pad wear, 21 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation since I’m traveling a distance soon. I’m assuming everything was OK or it would have been brought to my attention. It would be a nice gesture to give your new ( as well as returning) customers who choose Hank Graff over so many other competitors, a small “thank you” perk such as a welcome back discount for the next time, gift certificate for a coffee and bagel, etc. Use a newsletter database since you have our emails on file, and give a little rather than trying to “sell us” one of your products or services on a generic newsletter.Sorry for the long remarks, but I am a social media marketer and use different incentives for my clients customers to keep them coming back through their doors. “Always great service from Tom. I was in a rush a while back and sent a driver 71 miles to a competitors yard. My guy returned with a beat to death pile of junk that we could not use . I had to wait for this yard to remove one and drive back down. Part was perfect and waiting. I will never call the other guy again ( as 2 workers ignore me while smoking next to their " no smoking" sign ) . Don't waste your time, just call these guys and not the tachometer store! See, I was nicer than the way they treated me.”
