“My wife 2025 XT-5 Cadillac was due for an oil change. Called last week and made an appt for Aug31 at 10:30 am. We arrived 10 min early and was politely greeted, Gave instructions And we went and waited IN the lobby.
45 min later we were informed the oil was changed , car washed and we can get our vehicle and be on our way. Overall We were very pleased with the service we receive.
Come this Feb, when our Lease is up we will be back to see Kristen Smith for our eighth vehicle from Al Serra.

From the very beginning, Amy and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I received text updates every day about the progress of my vehicle, so I never once had to wonder what was happening or chase someone down for an answer.
My insurance situation was also anything but simple. The vehicle was insured through my dad, who has since passed away, the insurance policy was in another state, and the accident itself happened in another state. There were plenty of opportunities for that to become a complicated mess, but they handled everything seamlessly. I never felt like I was being passed around or left to figure things out on my own. They simply took care of it.
Then there is the actual repair. The car looks fantastic. You would never know anything had happened to it. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, everything was done right the first time, and I have not had a single reason to take it back for an adjustment or additional repair.
And somehow, after all of that, they even finished my car earlier than promised.
Nobody wants to need a collision shop, but if you find yourself needing one, this is exactly the kind of experience you hope to have. Excellent customer service, great communication, beautiful work, and people who genuinely know how to take care of their customers.

“A deer hit my car about three weeks ago, just picked up the car. It looks great, I’m very happy with the results. And I’m very picky. They kept me updated throughout the entire time it was there and even when they were ordering the parts. I will continue to send my vehicles there whenever bodywork is needed. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a different independent body shop so this was a breath of fresh air.”
“Walmart easy to deal with. Honest. Pricing is fair. Drawback is they are swamped and technicians are tight. Anticipate 1 to 1.75 hours for an oil change. Crap shoot.”
