“I saw the dollar general on the corner of Fenton and atherton rd and I needed some laundry soap so I stopped in. It was so messy. It looked like bomb went off and this was about 10:30 in the morning. The cashier was nice and the price was really good. I wasn’t expecting it to be that low. Other than very messy, it’s still a good buy. I would go back again.”

“Love the prices and the fact there are no long lines. The clearance section could use a little work. The managers are well equipped but need to learn more about their tethered system. Moving over to New software made it impossible to use digital coupons with manufacturing coupons. I think they should move their clothes rack back and pull their sunglasses and outdoor stuff upfront instead and the racks outside look horrible clean that up. All above they do a great job!”

“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. I will make it a point to shop there regularly all thanks to the exceptional experience Daniel created for all the customers in the store this afternoon.”

“This Dollar general on Lapeer road is just you can walk down the aisles it's very clean and well taken care I'd go out of my way to drive there because they always have something in stock the one by my house on Genesee road never has anything on the shelves are always out of Stuff...”

“Reasonably clean and well stocked. Other than the inadvertent private, employee gossip I was forced to listen in on while shopping an aisle or two over from. It was unpleasant. Not overly negative, but definitely should have been conducted privately or much more quietly, out of earshot from customers. ?”

“I L❤VE this specific Dollar Tree Establishment, due to it having a larger selection of items for purchasing, than other Dollar Tree establishments I've visited. It not only have personal home/yard items, it have items for children, personal items for yourself, or to give as gifts, random occasional cards, such as Sympathy, Husband, Wives, Birthday, Thinking of you, etc. cards, lots of food items, etc. The store employees seem to always be so helpful & respectful. Great hospitality. My personal opinion, it is So much in this store to love. I truly enjoy shopping here????‼”

“The store looks a bit run down but don't let that foil you. They have a huge selection of things you wouldn't even think a smaller store would have. It's clean everything is easy to find they reload PayPal and Netspend cards and best of the all the workers I come in contact with are super friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to come to this family dollar. The one closest to me is not clean and doesn't have the friendly workers like here.”

“The store on Belsày road is always kept up, and by kept up I mean stocked well with merchandise, clean floors, cash out àrea, honestly the whole store and the staff are always friendly, never hesitate to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area! (Belsay road, in the old Kmart/Kroger plaza near train tracks. Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. “On a very beautiful day Sunday October 1, 2023, I went to my local FAMILY DOLLAR Store at Pierson and Jennings Flint, Michigan for cardboard boxes for my elderly neighbor that she needed to box her things up at her home. Alicia the store manager went to the back amd got cardboard boxes and came out to our vehicle and helped us break them down and put them in our vehicle!!!!!Now that's FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! “This location, DAVISON RD at ARLINGTON, services a LARGE AREA. I like their employees! Is the store a lil messy sometimes? But do you STILL FIND WHAT YOU NEED THERE? I do and if I don't see what I'm looking for I ASK THE MNGR. Sure enough! They are the ONLY ONES out of the Eastside stores who HAD A WINDOW FAN IN STOCK! They DO THEIR BEST and I really APPRECIATE this store! They ALWAYS have underclothing, SOCKS too IN STOCK and there is a MARKED DOWN clothing area where I got a gorgeous powder blue insulated HOODIE last winter for $10! i t WAS $19.99 so have fun HUNTING and ASK someone if you need something! ?”

Although checking out was slow it was due to the cashier assisting a few people with special needs and making sure they understood what they were doing, which to me shows how well this particular cashier has compassion and cares about her customers as a whole no matter the situation! “Considering the amount of costumers and the location bringing heavy demand and waves of shoppers I am always in AWE of the employees ability!!! Despite being incredibly understaffed the entire store is well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful (no matter how busy they already are .....). That store is always going to be high traffic but it's been the employees making it quality.”
