“Very kind and helpful staff and trainers. Between the two AF gyms in Grand Blanc, this one is the best by having more and better quality equipment, as well as more space for different varieties of training to perform there.
There certainly could be a bit more equipment for training in strongman training, but, overall, I would highly recommend this gym to others.”

“I was traveling and needed to get a workout in. I stopped by, and the staff were so helpful and kind. As soon as they saw me at the door, they waved and smiled and welcomed me in (young trainer--Tim i think)--in my opinion, this is a great vibe for a gym.
Then, another man stepped away from his clients to help me settle in and get waiver signed. He was super welcoming as well (maybe Jim?).
The gym was well equipped, and it was clear there was a community of patrons there that created a fun atmosphere.
