“Great coaches, facility, and a very supportive community! Andrew (The owner) was my first coach years ago and it’s great to be part of his gym now over ten years later.”

“This gym has been a life changer for me. I was fit and athletic back in the day....had kids and totally fell out of shape. The coaches and owner are so motivating. The members are fun-loving and supportive. It’s true when people talk about their gym family! Yes, it’s hard! Yes, you’re going to sweat! Yes, you may have to modify but in the end it’s allllll worth it. The energizing feeling after a workout helps me get through my day. Best way to start my day! Love my Trvfit!”

“I am out of shape and heavier than I've ever been so I decided to try The Fit Box out. The instructors AND the other students were friendly, helpful, and extremely encouraging. There's no ego or judgement and I love that.”

“I love this gym. I travel around Detroit a lot, but live in Fenton so I work out here on weekends. Super clean, multiple dumbbells, plenty of equipment, and two separate exercise rooms in case there is a class going on in one of them. As an added bonus, they offer free coffee, and low cost snacks if needed.”

“Love this gym! Real old school lifters gym. Tons of equipment and a no BS attitude. It’s a shame gyms like this are so hard to find anymore. 5 star for sure.”

“Always has a good atmosphere. The floor in the shower area gets extremely wet, tracked through the bathroom, and this makes those areas extremely slippery and dangerous. I have almost fell several times at both Howell and Fenton, MI locations.”
