“Jessica and the cashier (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name but she had long dark hair and glasses) they both made my day! It’s been a very hard year and an ac not working isn’t helping. Jessica went above and beyond to help me!! I wanted to cry. I’m not a hugger but asked if I could give her one because I was so taken back by her willingness to help a total stranger. The cashier was super sweet as well. So blown away by their kindness! They made my day for sure!! Also, when I entered the store, the cashier was getting berated by another customer and Jessica jumped right in to defend her and lift her up after. Ace has some great people. We have a lot of projects coming up after winter and will be going to Holly Ace to get them done!!”

“Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable employees. The garden department had wide variety of HEALTHY plants beautiful plants. Some may not feel the same, but its a little unsettling when i enter a garden department at any store and see sickly, dead or dying plants caused by neglect and/or blissful ignorance. Then get a shrug of the shoulders and "we get credit or reimbursement" when inquiring the reason for the dead?. however this location(haven't been to any others yet)were well cared for?.I was asked in all 3 departments I visited, if I needed assistance finding anything.”
“Our goal was to find a new hanging light for our kitchen and ceiling fan for a bedroom. Tyson Grindstaff was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and did not hover. He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.”

“We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there. Hats off to you and everyone at Home Depot# 2717 in Burton, MI.!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!”
“They had everything and then some. The prices are reasonable and cheaper, but despite being a smaller location, if compared to other corporate franchises, it has that local, personal vibe and less walking to do when you're looking for what you need. Staff is great, sale prices are incredibly discounted than I would have ever imagined, and the lifetime warranty policy with certain tools are so easily exchanged and informed well to you on how the process works once you're checking out with your cashier. Highly recommended. I'm overly impressed. Will return, for sure!”
