  Banker refused to order foreign currency for our trip said they couldn't do it when I went to the Clarkston branch and it was not a problem

  You have better luck calling a different location, I personally have called this one 2 days in a row and still haven't received a call back. After my phone was stolen I am in need of canceling some automatic payments to my old accounts so having my bank ignore my calls is a huge inconvenience.
