Though the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, whoever schedules employees to work needs to be fired. Every time I go into the bank in person, there is only one person working the counter. Tried to go through their ATM and it’s out of service. Absolutely appalling way to run a bank.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews of this branch. Yes it sometimes takes a little while to get waited on as a couple of tellers are a little slow. However I recently called by phone and was answered immediately. I was told to expect a call back within the hour. Not ten minutes later I received a prompt callback with the answer to my problem having been investigated and resolved. Job well done ! Thanks. Greg

The branch manager “Rachel” gave me all wrong information, she didn’t even let me ask my questions and cut me several times. Very disrespectful, unknowledgeable. I went to the other branch they answered to all my questions with the correct information and took care of my business. Huntington bank must know there is not lack of the banks in this area and I almost decided to close all my accounts and take my business to the other bank because of her attitude.

The worst Huntington bank. Two tellers on the phone. Waiting 15 minutes to do a deposit. Should not take that long. I’ve been to several Huntington. This Grand Blanc one I will try to void going to!!

I waited in the drive through for ten minutes trying to make a deposit. I finally got fed up and went in the young lady told me my check didn’t look like the other checks I’ve deposited so she has to do her “due diligence” I’ve had the same business account for nine years, depositing the same check every single month and you’re telling me you have to do you due diligence! After nine years I should be treated like a loyal customer not sometime who just opened an account trying to make a deposit. As soon as all of my debits are out of this account for the month I am closing this account. I’m so sick of Huntington and all their incompetent, inconsistent staff and policies! Good riddance! If I could give a negative 10 I would! -10!!!

Writing this review for my 65 year old mother, as she is too upset to talk right now...One star doesn't sum it up. I have a trust through this bank that is managed by my brother. We went into the branch to ask some questions regarding the trust. My brother does not know the details, so I was trying to talk with the bank manager to avoid confusion, when i was rudely told "I'm not talking to you." This was repeated several times by this rude, entitled witch that apparently parks her broom at Huntington. If this is how you treat your customers, maybe we'll put our funds elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this person to manage a Dairy Queen, let alone customers' money. (NO OFFENSE TO DAIRY QUEEN). To the rude manager who caused this situation: I SEE YOU, and i intend to make sure your supervisors see you, too.

Manager seems a bit "off" and this location ALWAYS has an intense mold/mildew smell. I bypass this location to go to others even though I'm 3 blocks away.

The banking team at the Grand Blanc S. Saginaw St. branch is professional, courteous and friendly. I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Huntington has a wide array of banking services and loan products available to individuals and businesses.

The manager of the grand Blanc branch, refused my handicap father service Because he was unable to get out of the car and go inside the branch he is a double amputee that just got out of physical therapy and did not have the strength that day. She told me to put him on my back and carry him in, he requires a back brace to support his body’s weight.that week They canceled his debit card without letting him know making it impossible for him to pay his at home nurse as well as his utilities and get food which is what forced us to have to go to the bank that day. I called and filed a complaint. Three days later my father received a call from adult protective services saying that I was robbing him, and the bank manager reported me to the police. He told adult protective services He asked me to do these things because he was not strong enough to hold a pen due to the necrotizing fasciitis attacking his body and he was present at each time a deposit or withdraw was made and I am his POA. I contacted the person that was handling my first complaint and told them what was going on they contacted the bank manager and she said she never did that. I contacted my father‘s social worker and they gave me the number of the report filed and the bank said they Well not contacts APS or the police to find out if she did this even though I gave them report numbers And her name is clearly stated on it.This person is dangerous to customers financially ,emotionally and legally. Please Go to another branch or leave the bank.She attacked a man who just lost his wife both his legs and served his country because she was mad she got in trouble.

Why does the ATM only dispense $20 bills? The ones in Flint dispense a variety (5, 10, 20, 50) and the units look exactly the same. That’s not excellent service.

Lobby is closed and drive thru is the slowest experience possible. Horrible!!!
