“I’m visited the Verizon store recently and worked with Deontai. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. Sometimes you feel like store reps are just worried about the sale but Deontai took his time and he did not pressure me into buying anything (although I still made additional purchases).I did have to leave my new phone in the store in order for it to update. Deontai explained exactly what was happening and that he may not be in the store once the phone updated (2-3 hours) but stated that if he was not, Colton would help me. When I returned to the store, Colton was the only representative in the store so I went to him assuming he was who I needed to speak with. Colton was very monotone and seemed uninterested. He instructed me to go through the new phone to insure everything transferred over from the old phone. I informed him that my contacts, messages, and apps did not fully transfer. Colton stated to give it a a while as it could still be syncing. I asked what should I do if the transfer doesn’t happen. Colton stated that I would have to contact Apple but it has nothing to do with Verizon, in a tone that I wouldn’t expect from someone who is supposed to help me, but that I had 30 days to turn the old phone in so to basically take it and figure it out.I then received a call days later saying that I should have actually turned the phone in same day to receive the promotion. I took the phone back and Randy was very helpful. He synced all my contacts, picture, and messages!”

“In January we were looking to cut the cable, so to speak, and eliminate our costly satellite TV service with a rooftop OTA antenna. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy; only 2 days from call to installation. The installer recommended a Winegard Elite 7550 antenna. Installation was neat and clean - he was able to connect to the existing coax for our pay satellite service which minimized mess and disruption, and gave us antenna connection to both of our TV sets. The antenna works great - over 70 OTA channels - including all the networks I wanted like H&I, MeTV, and Comet. I don't miss Satellite at all, and have already saved hundreds of dollars since install. Only disadvantage - they don't carry any type of OTA DVR - I since purchased a Channel Master OTA DVR which works great.”
