“Awesome service. Ken and Julian were beyond helpful. I'm very appreciative of their time and expertise. We're happy to become a Verizon customer! Thanks again!”

“Rob is the man. He fixed the watch that I broke, trying to fix. He spent all the time needed, and was personable and polite as he always is. I have a 3 year old Galaxy 5 that works like a brand new watch again. Can't say enough about this store, and especially this employee.”

“I owe this team and store a review. It's been a month now, but I finally came across the names I wanted to recognize for helping me to quickly replace my iPhone while I was on vacation. You see, I made an amateur move a couple years ago and purchased an iPhone with inadequate memory for the apps I use in the day to day use, and then throw in all the photos I take and videos on top of that. So, my phone was having errors from pretty much exceeding max storage, so I went to the closest store I could find. This team was great. The store was great. Everyone's attitude was that of one willing to serve up some outstanding customer service. Right off the bat Noah, Tamberly, Rob and Quin were all great on the first day. I think Rob helped me out the 2nd day because I was having a couple issues with texting. Those issues magically solved themselves out after a couple of days, and to be honest I believe those issues have to do with the new encryption on iMessages. Brett also helped out greatly the next day. This customer service honestly blew that of my local stores in SC away. I truly believe this team should be recognized by Spectrum management for the great service they provide their customers. They are great reps of the brand (I should know, I worked for Spectrum for 8 years prior locating to SC...in a different sector, but still part of the same team). Beyond that, this location could be used to set an example of the standard that Spectrum strives to provide its customers on all levels. I remain part of the Spectrum family at heart, and will pass this along to those I know. Although I'm not a fan of cable/internet providers just like any user, I am a fan of what this company strives for and stands for! All the best Spectrum fam in Fenton. Thanks for helping a brother out!”
