They really want you to have the best service possible. It reminds me of that saying, “Do unto others as you would want done to you”. So they do work as they would expect if they were the customer. Don't forget to mention Les and Dan for amazing customer service. If I could write more reviews and give more stars, I definitely would.I have been going to this Tuffy Auto Center for years. Their service is absolutely top-notch. They're honest and quick and considerate. I've had people trying to convince me to take my car other places but the service here has been too good I will not abandon the store I recommend them for any services that you need that they can do.”

“When the place I used to go to changed owners, I had to find a new place to get my oil changed. I’ve been here several times. No hard sells, honest employees, they are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. This is the only place my dad uses. There’s a fella or a couple that’s got a BBQ thing going on the corner right there so it always smells great too. They changed a burned out bulb for me once, had some wipers replaced once as well. You gotta keep your engine juice up to date. A thirsty engine is a horrible thing.Service: Oil change”

“Great service and great people. I went to autozone previously to get a new battery. My battery i had in it was previously installled by my dad which he did not put in properly. It was the wrong battery and was Jerry rigged since it wouldn't fit in properly.I had to get a new battery as it started dying on me. I was looking for a place that would change out the battery for me. I tried autozone and they wouldn't change the battery due to faulty wiring and liability reasons.I decided to take up here to see if they would atleast attempt to put a new battery in it and they did it!I was impressed the guy even went out of his way to run too the store and buy parts that were needed for the new battery. So They installed the battery for me when other places wouldn't do it and even took the time too fix the wiring issues and buy the right parts for it.Excellent service. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family.If you ever need an oil change, or a new battery installed this is the place to go!Service: Battery”

Even when they are busy, they take time to make sure each customer is taken care of. I’ve seen them handle escalated customers without getting stressed or upset. “Every car wash is different. I normally wash my own cars for the same reasons most people leave bad reviews also because i have detailed for many years. I stopped in for a quick car wash expecting there to still be dirt in some areas sense i live off a dirt road. I payed for the more expensive wash and came back around for one of the workers to put on some tire shine. This worker noticed the amount of dirt still on my wheels and asked me if i had time to go through the wash again. I have never had a drive through wash employee ever ask me to go through again. So i did. This employee went out of his way to make sure my car looked good going down the road! I give the car wash a 5 star, i give that awesome employee 10 stars. Give these guys a RAISE!”
