It is a great spot for seasonal holiday supplies and decorations, drinks, snacks, groceries, and cold meds. Many find it convenient and close to home, with a friendly staff. The pharmacy provides vaccinations and has both in-store and drive-thru options, which customers really enjoy. However, some report significant problems. The pharmacy never answers the phone or takes all day to get through, an issue blamed on short staffing. Other customers report very unpleasant experiences, stating that staff are unable or unwilling to perform simple tasks, like counting coins, and will not accept certain forms of currency. This has led some to vow never to shop there again. Conversely, some employees receive exceptional praise for being amazing, kind, and professional, providing the best customer service. These individuals are seen as a great asset to the company.
I recently just moved here from out of state and this pharmacy has been beyond helpful! They’re always super friendly when I call or need anything! Their customer service is top notch. Very impressive customer service

Be forewarned this Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or will take all day to get through. 3 years ago they blamed it on short staffing, 3 yrs later still an issue. Rite Aid needs to pay their pharmacy staff better or something!

A quick trip in, but the store was clean and organized. The young man who helped me was polite and professional.
