“My elderly mother went into the store to get a Lowe's gift card and was overwhelmed by the selection. Her sight is failing. She left very frustrated and defeated. Today is birthday party for the person she was buying the card for. we ordered our cake from your store also. My dad was going to come pick up the cake for my mom.. I called ahead and spoke with employee by the name of NICOLE (not sure of spelling) She went and grabbed a Lowes gift card and went over to bakery and put it on top of cake so my dad just had to pay for cake and Lowes gc at one time. She went beyond the call of her normal duties She did not hesitate to help and was so very kind and pleasant. Thank you Nicole ..
