“We bought our e bikes here in April. One fell off the rack in May on way out to GH. Took it immediately to Loose Spokes & the compassion for our accident was HUGE. They fixed it ASAP & the compassion for what happened with a bike only 1 month old was reflected in their charge for the repairs. They not only are reputable in their product it is also reflected in their service to you. We live out on the east side but chose HERE to buy because of their reputation!!”

“Todd and Treyson (sp?) were absolutely awesome. My husband, son and I rented bikes while visiting the area. The bikes they gave us were great - they were perfect for our taller heights. Todd even gave us great directions for a bike path to the North Shore Beach and the Fisherman's Pier. Wonderful bike path with just enough hills to make it challenging. A very enjoyable ride even for our 16 yr old. If you're looking for bikes to purchase or rent in Grand Haven, MI, THIS is the place you want to go!!”
