They fixed it ASAP & the compassion for what happened with a bike only 1 month old was reflected in their charge for the repairs. They not only are reputable in their product it is also reflected in their service to you. We live out on the east side but chose HERE to buy because of their reputation!!”

I'm from out of town and had a race on Sunday at 6am and Matt was able to see me and fix my bike derailer in a couple of hours on Saturday.
