“Plantenga’s saved my wedding!!!

Two weeks prior to my wedding day, something told me to try my wedding dress on again just to be sure everything fit perfectly. When I pulled it out of the bag, there was a large, yellow stain on my pure white, satin dress. To this day, I don’t know how the stain happened, but I went to Plantenga’s the morning after I found it in tears and they told me that they were going to do the best that they could to try to remove the stain with only 10 days until my wedding. I would say that they under promised and over delivered because they did not seem 100% certain about the stain and their ability to get it out, which was fair as no one knew what it was from. And they did not get the stain completely out but it was nearly perfect and you could barely see any yellow anymore. They let me come look it over before they steamed it to be sure that I was comfortable with it. They could have treated it again but were worried about the fabric and doing any damage to it if they treated it again. It was SO much better than I even expected. It was barely there at all. The staff were all so kind and compassionate through the process with an anxious bride. They “rushed” the service and I had my dress perfectly steamed and nearly stain free two days before my wedding. From their customer service to their skilled employees, Plantenga’s has a customer for life now. Knowing that they took care of one of the most important articles of clothing of my life, I completely trust them with anything else now too.”

“Going to a laundromat is nobody's favorite thing to do, but when I go to this one, I am grateful. The staff people are helpful and friendly. They keep it clean and tidy. There are plenty of working machines, change machines, coin cups to borrow, and clean bathrooms for customers. It makes laundry day much more pleasant for me!”

“This is my favorite laundromat in the City of Muskegon/ Heights area. It is very clean and they are staffed all the time. The staff is friendly and they keep up all of the equipment pretty well and are very productive. The cost is okay, not too expensive. Some machines have a better price than others. Overall a great place to do laundry.”
