“I just had a terrible experience with a local cobbler, so I drove to Grand Haven in hopes of finding someone who could fix my boots quickly. Broadway Shoe Services was able to repair my boots within 20 minutes (while I waited)…and they look great! I appreciate their quality and speed. Thanks so much! I’ll be back!”

The prices are very reasonable considering I've paid more for less support in the past. I was even provided the mold to save me money in the future, just in case I need to replace the orthotics.”

There was no sales pressure whatsoever and unfortunately after trying a few pairs she just couldn’t find a pair that matched both looks and fit so unfortunately we didn’t buy anything at least not on this visit.”
“On 9/10/2025 my wife was looking for a new pair of shoes. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by the manager Cole and he gave his full attention to her and had her trying on all kinds of different shoes. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and very attentive attitude. He subsequently sold her a pair of hokas. I was so impressed by his service he ended up selling me a pair also!!! Unfortunately on 11/29/25 we had to exchange the ones I got (started squeaking and falling apart, obviously no fault of the shoe store) the young lady working brought up our purchase in their system and I had no issues with the exchange. They didn’t have my size in stock so she had the shipped to my house. I highly, highly recommend this store and will be returning whenever we need shoes!! The level of service they provide is very much appreciated!!!”

“Went into this Journeys and the employee was great. Her name was Stormy and when they didn’t have the shoes I was looking for she brought out others she thought I would like and they worked great! She was fun and was joking with me the whole time and made me feel very welcomed.”
“That Jasmine is a swell gal:) I walked in looking for a nice pair of keds and although they didn’t sell the specific shoes I wanted, jasmine helped redirect my attention to a beautiful pair of air max 95s❤️❤️❤️ Need I remind you I traveled all the way from Dallas Texas and this was my first time entering the Muskegon location.
