The dispatcher was very nice, gave me the approximate price, and gave me a call back to let me know when the driver was headed my way to give me peace of mind. The driver was super kind and fun to talk to. He made me feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are ever in the unfortunate situation to need a tow truck. They took some of the stress out of my very stressful situation.”
“Want an honest, faith-based, auto body shop you can trust, who will fix your car for as cheap as they possibly can? Look no further. After my wife got in a wreck and knocked off the front bumper of my car, a family member told me to check out Lee's. I went in, and initially was quoted a number to fix everything that I agreed upon. Turns out, Lee's figured out a way to fix it using some of my salvageable front grill and bumper parts, and when I went to pick up the car, the cost was $500 less than what I had initially been quoted. Do you know how easily they could have just charged me what I agreed to pay? What integrity that displays? What $500 back in my pocket means to a dad with young kids in Muskegon County? “Have used their services multiple times, including impound. Haven't had any issues with them myself, and the fees seem reasonable compared to other places. There's an extra charge for vehicles with no keys, but that's to be expected.”

“The best in town.When we owned Wessels we used Dicks when our customers needed a tow.They’re a bunch of great guys and can handle any thing from cars to semi's.The cars they towed came in undamaged.When there is a tough job like a crashed semi that needs some serious lifting and pulling ,Dicks handle it.They also have helped out with some charity events in town that needed the use of their lifting capabilities.”
