Getaway Barber Creek offers a quiet retreat in the woods, providing a great escape from everyday life. The cabins are secluded enough to feel peaceful but not unsafe, with beautiful views and great accommodations. Guests describe the spaces as very clean, comfy, and just like the photos, featuring great windows. The experience includes a campfire with firewood and starters, along with provided snacks like popcorn, water, tea, coffee, cocoa, and s'mores. While an occasional bug may be witnessed, which is expected in the woods, organic bug spray is supplied. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, responding quickly to requests. It is a perfect place to reconnect, enjoy nature, read books, and have fireside time. Many guests report a very peaceful and great visit, often not wanting to leave and planning to return. Some note the absence of a hairdryer. Overall, it is a highly recommended getaway for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Love these cabins for an affordable little getaway! The cabin was so well stocked, we loved the amores. We stayed during a snowstorm and they were so on top of shoveling the driveways and street. There was a little space heater in the cabin and it stayed sooo cozy and warm. Feels very remote but not too far from downtown...
