“My car broke a balljoint on the on-ramp to I-96 southbound. Very inconvenient. I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. This garage helped me out of a bad situation, very satisfied.”

“The manager/owner Eric is a stand up guy! Wife’s car had her muffler fall off on her way home from work. He went above and beyond and got her back on the road with a few clamps and adapters. He even installed them for her. He did all of this even though he was minutes from closing for the day. He only charged like $5 for the parts and when we offered to pay him more for his time getting under her car and putting her exhaust temporarily back together he didn’t want to accept it. It’s small town guys like him that make the world a nicer place. He even recommended a few good mechanics that would be able to provide a permanent fix to the issue. 100% recommend this man and his business!!”
