“Going into the Service Department at Shaheen Cadillac is like walking into your favorite local space. They never forget my name, my husband’s name or what the car I was driving before was. It’s worth the 20 minute drive to know and be known. Brian has been taking care of my cars for several years and he will take care of the next one. The Service Department is the reason to buy cars from Shaheen Cadillac.”

“I've used Kamins many, many times in my life and they've never done me wrong. This is truly one of the Original Auto parts stores from long ago. Before any of the big chain stores were even thought of. I've always known that they hire the best people that have great knowledge of automobiles of all kinds. It feels like family when you're there. They have what you need to get you on your way. 5 Stars for sure for 40+ years of service to the community.”

I had already purchased the replacement and had he not done what he did, I would have not avoided the cost. Excellent customer service.”

I highly recommend this shop to any owner operator. They accommodate and work well with us small businesses. Zach, Rick in the service department are awesome! Stephen who was my mechanic was great at explaining what he did and didn’t find. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Thank you very much from all of us at Rox Auto Transport!!”

“Wonderful, fast service! I have a protection plan and Dykstra's is one of only two providers near me. They had better rating (reviews) so I dropped off vehicle. I was informed that with my warranty company, the process would be a little longer. It was not. I received a text with a link to an inspection record within a day and a half. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Great place!”

“Paul is a great guy- retired mechanical engineer and has a deep knowledge of motor oils and their benefits. If you have questions, he takes his time to thoroughly explain how these products work with your engine parts, what oils work better than others, etc. Paul is not a gimmicky sales person and will not push products on you. He has a genuine interest in his customers, wants to know how you use your recreational vehicles, how often you maintain them, and how to get the most longevity out of them. I have bought Amsoil products for years and he has never steered me wrong.”
