“I was surprised at the experience here. It was quite pleasant. First time ever at LUC, I signed up at the kiosk and a link was texted to me to input my insurance info and such. Front desk lady called me up to get everything sorted, and she was very pleasant. Wait time was fine, it was a Thursday at 5pm, I think I might have waited 30 mins to get seen, it was a very acceptable time frame. The nurse who took care of me was quite nice. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it over the other urgent care based on the behavior of the staff. Nice job.”
