Access 24 Self Storage on Eastern Ave. in Grand Rapids provides friendly and helpful service. The manager is wonderful, great, and kind, offering significant help with moving issues and working with customers during difficult times. The paperwork is short and simple, unlike the pressure felt at other places. A key feature is the 24/7 access, which makes a big difference for people who work late shifts, unlike the competition that locks customers out at night. Customers report a great experience and state there is no other place they would go.
