For several weeks, my unlimited sticker has not worked. I've complained every time. Today, employees Marquae and Keith listened to my complaint and addressed it. I have an SUV with a little ledge over hanging the rear lift gate, there is always water spots left, maybe one set of air hose could be directed specifically for that area, might also have one set for outside mirrors. “The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”
