When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. “Kelsey worked hard with the insurance company to help keep the prices down for us. The fear was the insurance company considered totaling our 12 year old car out. We didn’t have any rust on the car and it still runs great! Pfeiffer Collision did find a wheel bearing that was worn. With 106,000 miles on it, we didn’t want to try to put that repair on the list. It could likely put the repair costs over the top. We will handle that separately.
Pfeiffer Collision did find coordinated our auto rental with Enterprise (they are just across the parking lot)
